In this 4 hour class we will cover the basics of picking out ribs (Baby Back and St. Louis cut) and talk about both dry and wet rub/sauce combinations. From the dry spicy Memphis style rib to the smoky sweet Kansas City style rib. You will learn the entire technique from award winning competition bbq teams that you can translate to your backyard!
You will leave the class with a great recipe and the knowledge you need to make a great rack of ribs!

In this exciting cooking class, Chef Wade will walk through the different cuts of meat that are considered "steak". He will cover the basics to choosing the right steak, storage of the meat prior to cooking, seasonings and marinades and multiple different cooking methods. In the class, all participants will taste the steak and come home with recipes and a steak rub.

In the advanced steak course, you will be the grillmaster. After learning the basics, you will cook steaks in three different ways. Sous Vide, pan sear and grilling. After this class you will walk away with plenty of leftovers!

In this basic knife class you will learn the different types of knives used in the kitchen and their specific purposes. You will learn how to porperly hold a knife and the essential basic types of cutting for vegetables and prep. At the end of the class , Chef Wade will teach how to properly hone your knives as well. If you would like to get your knives sharpened, this add-on will be available.
